Welcome to BlaBlaBla. By accessing or using our application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

1. Description of Service

BlaBlaBla is a synchronized music listening application that allows multiple users to listen to the same music simultaneously on different devices. Users can create or join listening rooms, search for music, and control playback in real time.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use BlaBlaBla. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

3. Account Registration

You may sign in using Google, Facebook, Apple, or email/password.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
You agree to provide accurate information during registration.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

When using BlaBlaBla, you agree not to:

Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or overload the service or its servers
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data
Use automated scripts, bots, or crawlers to access the service
Harass, abuse, or harm other users
Upload or share content that is illegal, offensive, or infringes on others' rights
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the App

5. Music Content

Music playback is provided through the YouTube API. All music content is streamed directly from YouTube and is subject to YouTube's Terms of Service.
BlaBlaBla does not host, store, or distribute any music content.
We do not claim ownership of any music or video content accessed through the App.
By using the App, you agree to comply with YouTube's Terms of Service.

6. Listening Rooms

Rooms are temporary and are automatically deleted after 24 hours of inactivity.
The room creator ("host") has control over music playback (play, pause, seek, song selection).
If the host leaves, host privileges are automatically transferred to another member.
Room codes are randomly generated and shared at the user's discretion.

7. Intellectual Property

The BlaBlaBla application, including its design, code, logos, and branding, is the property of BlaBlaBla and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App without our prior written consent.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

The service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
Music synchronization will be perfectly accurate on all devices and network conditions
The service will be available at all times

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BlaBlaBla and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the App.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. You may stop using the App at any time by signing out and uninstalling the application.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
